La Azohía is a charming fishing village of the town of Cartagena, belonging to the deputation of Perín, located in the Gulf of Mazarrón, sheltered by the Sierra de la Muela and Cabo Tiñoso. The area is characterized by long stretches of golden sand, crystal clear waters and a wonderful natural environment.

The city of Cartagena is about 30 minutes away by car and where you will find huge hypermarkets and a host of other amenities and services.
In the Azohia you can make a small route and visit the Tower of Santa Helena. The Azohia and the local region have some of the best beaches in Spain; Safe for children, with few people and in a really beautiful and natural environment.
We should highlight that for lovers of diving, the Azohía is one of the "paraiso" 3 miles of solemn cliffs that provoke the admiration of those who navigate them and their bottoms, with rock formations due to erosion, and promising caves, houses the largest biodiversity of the region.La Azohia has been a Marine Reserve since 2016.
The azohia and the warm coast enjoy a typical Mediterranean climate. In 1986, the World Health Organization recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world, neither too hot in summer nor too cold in winter. On average, it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal destination throughout the year.
