Entering this beautiful villa, one first arrives in the spacious hall where the staircase is a real eye-catcher. From the hall we enter the ample and bright living-dining area with direct access to the covered terrace which is ideal for lounging. The fully equipped kitchen (incl. American fridge) has its own entrance, but still keeps contact with the living room through the breakfast bar. On this floor there is a good-sized bedroom en-suite with dressing area and 2 more bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
